Very expensive for a very old worn out motel
The property is old and it smells. The office is musty and feels humid. The room had an obnoxiously overpowering perfume smell. I discovered this came from the Starbucks cup (seriously, this is the vessel they chose) filled with room deodorizer powder in the closet. The bathroom was redone, however the shelf in the shower is not flat. I'm assuming this was done to avoid water pooling on it and making it easier to clean; however, it also results in making the shelf unusable as anything that is placed on it simply slides off. The water took 11 minutes to heat up in the shower. This is a ridiculous amount of wasted water. The bed was old and sagged noticeably in the middle. I hope I can afford to stay somewhere else in the future.
I like my room very spacious and the condiments
Memta, the front desk manager, was waiting our late arrival. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms very clean. Best shower I have had in a long time. There were free snacks in the room which was really nice. I know this hotel has gotten 2 stars on Booked.net, but on the contrary, I found Inn at Palo Alto to be a fine place to stay.
The carpet was dark, but clean nevertheless.
location, free snacks in the room, comfortable, economical.
Value for money GREAT for this area. Nice , clean,
I needed extra blanket . Arrived late so didnt ask for extra
1. Modern, well-supplied bathroom 2. Good, well-supplied coffee/food station.
1. Had difficulty communicating with desk clerk, who was unfriendly, negative, and uncooperative. 2. Bathroom drain didn't work, and there was no obvious way to fix it. Had to report it to front desk. 3. Room lamp switches were very difficult to operate and should be repaired or lamps should be replaced.
comfortable bed and friendly staff
poor water pressure in shower, not a good value for the price
close to main road, near rental car shop
no breakfast, no kitchen, kinda noisy because it's close to main road
Good location, clean and very nice motel
Staff is too noisy. They start work around 8-9 and walk back and forward behind your door and speak so loud
The room was nice. The facility was old but that allowed a lower price than the surrounding hotels.
No pool, jacuzzi, or morning breakfast. There were coffee and snacks in the room
When the booking was made, there was a mention in their add of a free breakfast. Their free breakfast was a joke. It was to prepackaged roles in your room, a copy pot with coffee, and some cereal bars. This is not my idea of breakfast nor is it when I used to when I travel. The air-conditioning unit did not cool the roof down at all and in fact it froze over and literally quit working. When it defrosted it leaked water all over the floor. All in all, I was very disappointed with facility would not stay there again what I recommend it
needs remodeling, room moved because toilet ran all night, next room better. Since motel was not full, don't know why we didn't get better room in beginning
Staff really friendly, helpfull and carrie. The room is clean and the address is good, spoted in a very safe neighborood, it is sourounding by shops and restaurants
Have a coffeer, a microware and a small frige in the room is not the same that anouce a continental breakfest (cereal bars, industrialized cookies and croassonts, tea bags etc...)The business center is a computer that did not works (I could say it not work a long time)
* Clean , comfortable bed, * WI- FI * Location
* When first entered in the room , smelled like cleaning supplies...later when got used to that air , it was ok. * They advertise , that they serve breakfast every day , but in reality it is a coffee maker in room, with coffee and Lipton tee packs + granola bar + plus a prepacked Svenhard's pastry that can stay "fresh "prob month ... * Rooms feel old and outdated
